Privacy Policy

It is the policy of the School not to request that employment applicants provide information containing an applicant's date of birth or social security number prior to the time that it is necessary to have that information.

Applicants will not be asked to provide this information until a conditional offer of employment is made and the information is requested for a pre-hire background check, or until the applicant becomes an employee.

Personal information that is collected during the hiring process will not be shared with anyone outside the School except A Plus Benefits, Inc. and the School's HR representatives.

Personal information that is acquired during the application process will be kept in a secure filing cabinet that can be accessed only by those individuals who need such access.

Personal information that is collected during the application process will not be kept for a period to exceed two (2) years if an individual is not hired (unless we are required to do so by law). Personal information will be disposed of in a manner that will prevent the information from falling into the possession of unauthorized parties.

This policy shall be provided to any applicant upon the applicant's request.
